While our social media advertising specialists are preparing the Ads to launch the marketing campaign, our web developers and designers are working on setting up the Landing Page so we can drive traffic to the site to generate leads.

Stage 2: Ongoing Project Management

Based on our previous campaign results of a similar nature and Ad Budget, this is the number of RELEVANT people who will see your Ads at least once on Facebook, over the duration of the campaign.

Out of all of the people who view the Ads, we estimate between a 2-4% Click Through Rate, which gives us between 5 to 16 thousand people who click on the Ad to read through the details and find out more about the project.

A/B Testing Our Way to Success.

1) Overview Post.

We start our Ads on Day 1 with an Overview Post of the project to start engagement from the potential target audience and gain traction.

This is the fastest and most efficient way to kickstart a Campaign as we prepare for Step 2.

2) First Batch of Ads.

Beforehand, we prepare 4 different variations of Ad Copies, and select/edit the most suitable 8 Images to start with.

Once we have these ready, we set up the different permutations (a total of 32 Ads) and start testing to see which ones perform best.

3) New Variations.

The ongoing Ads are monitored multiple times a day. While those are running, we prepare the next batch of Ads, another 16 Variations a day, and start testing those as well.

Facebook Retargeting Campaigns will also be set up to target people who had prior interest, but did not submit their contact information.

4) Scaling.

When certain Facebook Ads hit our Milestones in terms of ROIs, such as Cost per Lead, we duplicate those Ads and increase the budget to scale that successful variation.

While testing is still ongoing (up till 2 days before the event), we slow down the amount of variations we test as we dedicate more of the budget into the most successful ads which give the best results.
